 Robert Copeland, Senior Investment Officer
Robert Copeland has worked as a financial advisor since 1999. A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Rob relocated to Clarksville after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Since that time, he has become very active in the community. Rob has served on the residential development committee of the Downtown District Partnership, the board of directors for the Downtown Artists Co-Op, and as an entertainment chairman of the city’s annual Rivers and Spires festival. He is a member of the Loyal Order of Moose and the Montgomery County Conservation Club and Kiwanis International.
Rob is married to Kristina Hope Copeland and enjoys renovating historic homes, deep sea fishing, boating and scuba diving.
Rob has his NASD Series 7, 24, 52, 63 and 65 certifications and his State of Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License
 Shonda Friedman, Platform Director
Shonda Friedman returned to First Federal Investments in 2006 as Platform Director. In this role, she creates, implements, and develops a platform to enable First Federal employees and clients the opportunity to make informed financial decisions.
Shonda worked at First Federal’s INVEST Department in 1985 immediately after graduating from Austin Peay State University. During the past four years, she has worked as the financial secretary for the Todd County Board of Education.
Shonda has an eight-year-old son and she stays busy coaching his baseball and basketball teams. She is a disciplined walker and an active member of Petrie Memorial United Methodist Church.
Shonda has her NASD Series 6 and 63 certifications and her State of Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License
 Teri Miller, Administrative Assistant
Teri Miller joined the Investments Division in 2006 as an administrative assistant. She is a 2006 graduate of Lambuth University in Jackson, Tenn. with a degree in communications and public relations and a minor in political science.
Teri is married to T.C. Miller and enjoys reading, politics, sports and working out. She speaks Spanish and especially enjoyed a summer internship with the Titans Radio Network. Teri is actively involved in the Phi Mu Fraternity for women.
Teri has her NASD Series 7 certification and her State of Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License. She is currently working to complete her NASD Series 24 & 66 certifications.
