Randy Clouser, Chief Lending Officer
Randy Clouser joined First Federal as Chief Lending Officer in 2007 with 24 years of local commercial lending experience. Randy graduated from Austin Peay State University in 1978 and received professional training from the Tennessee School of Banking at Vanderbilt and the National Commercial Lending School and Graduate School at the University of Oklahoma. His community service is extensive, including Big Brothers & Big Sisters, APSU Alumni Association, CVB, Governor’s Club, Rotary Club, Montgomery County Board of Health, Boy Scouts of America, Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Association, Delta Waterfowl, Chamber of Commerce, and Leadership Clarksville.

Gene Whitfield
A Clarksville native, Gene Whitfield has more than 36 years of banking experience in the Clarksville market. He joined First Federal in November 2005. Gene is a graduate of the Tennessee Commercial Lending School at Vanderbilt University and The Graduate School of Banking of The South at Louisiana State University. He also attended Austin Peay State University. He is active in the APSU alumni association and Governor’s club, downtown Kiwanis Club, Clarksville Jaycees, Association United States Army (AUSA), and is a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. Gene enjoys golfing and boating. He wife Lynn is the Development Director at Austin Peay State University. |

Jamie Webb
Jamie Webb is First Federal’s construction lending specialist. His 10 years of banking experience in loan servicing and lending qualify him to work with contractors and builders on projects of all sizes. Jamie graduated from Austin Peay State University with a bachelor of business administration in finance. He began his banking career while still in school at the former Guaranty Federal. He joined First Federal’s commercial lending division in 2004 after spending four years as a lender at Cumberland Bank. He and wife, Jennifer are parents to two boys. He is a member of the Clarksville Golf Association. |

John Rudolph
John Rudolph joined First Federal as a commercial loan officer in 2006. A Clarksville native, he graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, finance concentration. John previously worked as a senior account executive for United Parcel Service in the middle and west Tennessee regions. In his spare time, John enjoys golf, hunting and fishing. He is married to Mindy Gregory Rudolph of Clarksville. |
