Patrick Greenwell, Chief Financial Officer
Patrick Greenwell joined First Federal in July 2005 with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. A Vanderbilt MBA and a CPA, Patrick led the systems development department for Wachovia Corporation in Charlotte, North Carolina for 11 years before joining First Federal. Prior to that he served as a consultant and manager for Price Waterhouse in Dallas, Texas and worked at Dominion Bank in Nashville and Clarksville, and Providence State Bank in Providence, Kentucky.

Frank Wallace, Chief Information Officer and Cashier
Frank Wallace, Chief Information Officer and Cashier, joined First Federal in April 2005 to continue his 35-year career in banking. After an initial stint with Hamilton Bank in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he joined First National Bank in Clarksville, and later worked at Heritage Bank. His experience includes lending, branch management and operations management. He and wife Brenda have two adult children and three grandchildren.

Randy Clouser, Chief Lending Officer
Randy Clouser joined First Federal as Chief Lending Officer in 2007 with 24 years of local commercial lending experience. Randy graduated from Austin Peay State University in 1978 and received professional training from the Tennessee School of Banking at Vanderbilt and the National Commercial Lending School and Graduate School at the University of Oklahoma. His community service is extensive, including Big Brothers & Big Sisters, APSU Alumni Association, CVB, Governor’s Club, Rotary Club, Montgomery County Board of Health, Boy Scouts of America, Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Association, Delta Waterfowl, Chamber of Commerce, and Leadership Clarksville.
